DDP Express Shipping Included
All DIAMANTE prices include everything: product cost, express international shipping, VAT, customs duties, and clearance. The price you see is the final price with no additional costs at delivery.
This premium service combines express delivery with complete customs handling, providing a truly seamless international shopping experience.
Order Preparation
Each order is carefully prepared by our team to ensure the highest quality standards. This artisanal process takes 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Italian holidays). During peak seasons, add 2-3 days.

After preparation, your order is shipped worldwide via premium express courier partners with full tracking.

RETURN POLICY
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any item without providing a reason, a period that accompanies the exclusivity of our DDP Express service and completely Free Returns.
Free Returns
Returns are completely free. We provide a prepaid return label. You pay nothing for return shipping.
How to Return
1. Email support@diamante.live with your order number
2. Receive prepaid return label within 48 hours
3. Pack item in original packaging
4. Attach return label and drop off at carrier
5. Receive refund within 14 days of us receiving the item (as required by EU law)
Return Conditions
· Product must be unused and in original condition
· Original packaging intact
· Tags and labels not removed
· All accessories included
Refund Options
Option A - Refund to original payment method:
Once we receive your return, our quality team will complete the inspection within 1-3 business days. The refund will be issued immediately after approval and will then take 3-10 business days to be credited to your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
Option B - Site credit with 10% bonus:
Receive site credit equal to your refund amount plus a 10% bonus. This credit is issued immediately upon approval and never expires.
Defective or Damaged Products
Contact us immediately at support@diamante.live with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund with free return shipping at our expense.
